Booking and payment

Once the booking has been confirmed online, the client is required to settle the total amount by using one of the following methods:

• Credit card: by choosing this method the booking is immediately confirmed. The apartment is “blocked” and cannot be booked by other parties during that period. Payment by credit card is connected to the Pay Pal circuit in order to guarantee both security and transparency.
• Early bank transfer: Clients who choose this method will receive an email containing all the necessary details for paying the entire amount. In this case the apartment is only “blocked” for 5 days: if the full amount is not received during that time, then Casa Marianna will not consider the booking to be valid and will make the apartment available for other clients to book. If, on the other hand, payment is received within the period indicated, then the booking will be confirmed and the apartment will be “blocked”.

Cancellation

• The booking cannot be cancelled or modified without charge. 30% of the total amount paid will be kept.
• In the case of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the entire amount will be kept.
• From the time of the booking until 15 days before the arrival date: a penalty of 30% (70% of the total payment will be given back, according to the type of payment chosen during the online booking process).
• From 15 days before arrival to the day of arrival: 100% (the entire amount).

Supplements (to be paid on arrival)

• Obligatory final cleaning (for stays of one week or more): €50,00
• Obligatory final cleaning (for stays of one to six nights): €25,00
• Daily cleaning (on request): €25,00 a day
• Pets: €50,00 flat fee
